CASE# F10-148; Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting with Violence

Synopsis: Client, who was a first-time offender, arrested after an alleged altercation with police. Client perpetually protested his innocence and even filed an Internal Affairs complaint while the criminal case was pending. Prior to trial a video of the entire incident was posted on YouTube, exhibiting my client’s innocence and the impropriety of police conduct. The State Attorney still proceeded with the prosecution. Case dismissed as the jury walked into the courtroom.
